HOLDING PAGE FOR UK EBAY SELLER TDC-UK AND THE MAN WHO RUNS IT, MR JAMES DENNIS
You will be able to read the experience of a woman who was unfortunate enough to purchase from him a typewriter which he sent out very poorly packaged and which, unsurprisingly, was completely broken on arrival and unusable and how he then acted unlawfully when she wanted to return the thing for a refund. It should have been a simple matter, but Mr Dennis ensured it would be anything but simple.

For the avoidance of doubt, and not to confuse the business with any other, the trader's details are as follows (as available on his Ebay business seller profile and published by him here):-
Ebay business seller: Mr James Dennis trading as TDC-UK
4 East End, Kirmington, Lincolnshire DN39 6YS (photo of his base of operations below)
Telephone: 07912 507899
Email: walterfroggatt@aol.co.uk
You will also be able to see a video about the sale, the broken typewriter and the seller's appalling attitude to the return, including no apology to the buyer after having sent her an unsuitable label and causing her to waste an hour at the Post Office and his continued theats of reporting her to the police for alleged data protection and malicious communication, which we found utterly astonishing. We dealt with hin directly, yet he still felt he had to harass his vulerable female customer with messages threating the police and this and that. He is now the subject of a police investigation.
Mr Dennis has also been reported to Trading Standards, his local council and HMRC.

This is where Mr James Dennis operates from. He has expressed his delight, in writing, at having this website set up for him. We can't argue with that. It also demonstrates more about the man behind the business TDC-UK.
It is widely reported that Ebay do not care in the least about their persistent lawbreaking sellers and are only interested in money, thus we must take a stand to educate or remove traders like James Dennis from the platform and warn others what they might expect from somebody who will casually and wilfully break selling law and harass a vulnerable woman, thinking they are untouchable. This site will highlight the saga of dealing with Mr James Dennis and will include an interactive portal allowing you to quickly and easily make a formal complaint about him to the authorities yourself and to commence proceedings in the County Court if Ebay refuse to help you. It is a great shame that Ebay is made up of many people like Mr Dennis, although it seems they do very little to clean up their site.
The latest twist to this saga is that Mr Dennis is potentially acting criminally in harassing his customer, when she expressly and repeatedly asked him not to contact her. He is claiming that he has contacted the police alleging malicious communicationa data proection breache (seemingly including this website, the contents of which is 100% available in the public domain) when in fact he is harassing his customer. He has been reported to the police and we will update this as soon as we know the outcome of any investigation.
